Online Program: Praying With the Whole Self – Level I
“God looked at everything he had made and found it very good” (Gen 1:31). BioSpiritual Focusing is a way of opening the whole of ourselves—mind, body, and spirit—to a deeper connectedness with God, others, and self. Join us to learn more about how gently being with what is present within your embodied self can open the door to a deeper story—and to a greater sense of wholeness. This practice is simple yet profound. It can be helpful for anyone—young child to senior. It requires no more than showing up and a willingness to engage contemplatively with what is going on within. And the potential for transformation and growth unfolds in the process.

Online Program: Companioning Practice and Supervision Program (Level III)
The nature of the evening is such that we arrive, take a moment for grounding, and then offer it up to the group as to who would like to practice as companion and who might like to be companioned. We will have the ability to break out into smaller groups on given nights. After the focusing session, we all come back to the space for discussion and questions that allow for deeper learning of the practice. This helps all those wishing to use this tool in their own practice or ministry to further their knowledge and more so, their confidence, to begin using biospiritual focusing as an aide to delving further into the healing process with all they serve.
Dates for 2023: Third Monday of every month from 5:00 to 6:30 pm EST
January 16, February 20, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17,

On-Site: Love: The Living Heartbeat of BioSpirituality (Level I)
The scriptures tell us that God is Agape—unconditional Love. And that we are made in the likeness and image of God.
As Christians, we are called to reflect God’s image into this world, but how do we do this?
In this retreat we will explore how Love, like Charity must begin at home; that the physical experience of love and affection, as we experience it in our own bodies, can facilitate the transition from control and hyper rationality into allowing the larger mystery of God, to guide and lead us into becoming the person God always intended us to be.
Exploring the many dimensions of Love opens a pathway to Grace that we instinctually hunger for.
Prior experience of Focusing and/or BioSpirituality will be an advantage but not a necessity.
Where: St Joseph Center, Spirituality Building 434 S. Batavia Street, Orange, CA
When: April 14-15, 2023 10:00am-4:30 pm
Cost: $110 for retreat only; $140 retreat + lunches
