Focusing and Felt-Sense for Deeper Insights in Spiritual Accompaniment
Part 1: Saturday, September 18, 2021 ▪ 9 am to 12:30 pm PDT
Part 2: Saturday, October 16, 2021 ▪ 9 am to 12:30 pm PDT
Offered In-Person ( St. Joseph Center ) and via Zoom (Video Conference)
By the Center for Spiritual Development, 434A South Batavia Street, Orange, CA 92868
In these sessions, presenters will assist spiritual directors to help serious seekers to recognize that the human body itself gives voice to its own experience. The body has its unique role in the spiritual development of each person.
The purpose of these sessions is to assist the director to reflect to the directee what she/he is sensing within. The director creates an environment of “caring presence” so the directee can engage in his/her internal dialogue. This is not a Companioning Course – only an introduction.
Come and explore how this process of Focusing can give you, and those you accompany, new insights into their spiritual journey. More information
