What’s New?

The BioSpiritual Institute is pleased to announce that St. Paul’s Monastery located in St. Paul, Minnesota is the Institute’s newest BioSpiritual Network Center. It’s community consists of 20 Benedictine Sisters, four Benedictine Associates, approximately 170 Oblates, and many volunteers and friends. They are all united in service to God’s people in a beautiful Benedictine Monastery. Their offerings include community prayer, retreat center, spiritual renewal experiences, and outreach to the persons living in our neighborhood and in the larger community. In particular, they have integrated BioSpiritual Focusing within their online Benedictine Care Wellness program.

As BioSpiritual Focusing offerings become available, they will be posted in the Learning Experiences section of this website.
